DURHAM, NC — The Triangle's life sciences employers are gathering under one roof in Research Triangle Park on Tuesday, October 20, when BioNetwork hosts its NC Life Sciences Live Career Fair at the North Carolina Biotechnology Center. For Raleigh job seekers eyeing biotech manufacturing, lab and quality work, it is a short run up I-40 to talk face to face with companies such as Amgen, Grifols and Liquidia.

BioNetwork, the life sciences training arm of the North Carolina Community College System, runs these fairs with NCBiotech and the companies themselves. Its career fair page lists Amgen, Cambrex, Grifols, ImmunoReagents, Liquidia, PCI and The Budd Group among the featured employers, along with staffing agencies and schools.
Several of those names are Raleigh-area neighbors. Amgen has been building out its manufacturing campus in Holly Springs, Grifols runs a large plasma operation in Clayton, and Liquidia is based in Morrisville. Many of these jobs are a short commute from Wake County.
BioNetwork has not published specific openings or headcounts for October 20. Expect conversations about production, lab, quality and support roles, and apply online for anything a recruiter points you toward.

This is an industry fair, not a general job fair. BioNetwork's 2026 page describes the audience as students and job seekers. At its earlier live fairs, including the spring 2026 event, the organizer spelled it out more narrowly: life science students and program graduates, plus job seekers with at least six months of industry experience. Brand new to the field with no coursework? Confirm fit with BioNetwork before taking the afternoon off.
Two other things the organizer hasn't posted for this fair: an admission fee and parking details. Past BioNetwork live fairs were free to job seekers, but that is a prior-year fact. Check when you register.
